CONGRATULATIONS!

Heart of England Care are proud to report that we have recently been awarded the Investors In People award for the fifth successive time. We have now held the award since 1996, longer than any other care home group in the West Midlands. During his visit the Assessor remarked particularly on the quality of the staff, their focus on the needs of the residents, the excellent team spirit, the comprehensive training programme and good management. Working together we can be proud of retaining this award which demonstrates our aim to provide "excellence in care" WELL DONE EVERYBODY!
